Analisis Simulasi Statik Poros Generator 500 Watt Menggunakan Material Aisi 1020 Dan Aluminium Alloy 6061

چکیده

Poros merupakan komponen yang sangat penting dalam generator karena poros penerus daya. sendiri sering mengalami kegagalan kerja seperti patah akibat dari beban berlebih, untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan material aman digunakan pada 500 watt dengan cara simulasi pembebanan menggunakan Software CAD. Material akan di uji yaitu AISI 1020 dan Aluminium Alloy 6061. Penelitian metode eksperimen pendekatan kuantitatif mana data didapatkan hasil studi literatur buku, artikel, jurnal, internet, CAD kemudian dianalisis kekuatan tersebut. Dengan demikian diharapkan analisis tersebut dapat diketahui digunakan. Dari bahwa nilai deformasi 876,655, tegangan maksimun 110,5x10ˆ6 N/m² Safety Factor 3,2 150N sedangkan 6061 296,416, maksimum 111,1x10ˆ6 N/m², 0,5 sama, Maka, dikarenakan materialnya ulet memenuhi standar keamanan sehingga terhindar kerja.
